Broodmares are a priority at McClintock Equine.
The ladies enjoy green pastures, fresh water and
non-competitive access to grain every day, all year long. During fall/winter, McClintock Equine provides grain and examinations by the staff daily and the mares have free access to high quality hay and open front shelters. |
| McClintock Equine broodmares are stalled 3-4 weeks prior to foaling dates for close observation. Foaling assistance and 100% live foals are the ultimate goal of McClintock Equine. All mares are on strict
vaccination/de-worming programs. Aggressive reproduction techniques and ultrasound is routine during breeding season to get mares in foal quickly, economically and with minimum stress. |
